We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized or 'Group Buy' items may have specific restrictions regarding cancellations and returns.

Yes, all our mechanical keyboards and aluminum peripherals come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
